MICE Thailand plans and runs meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions across Bangkok, Phuket and the rest of the country. We started as a destination management company in 1998 — registered with Thailand’s national convention and exhibition bureau, TCEB — and we’ve kept the parts of that job — venue access, supplier relationships, on-the-ground logistics — as the foundation under everything else we’ve added since: conference management, incentive travel design, and in-house event production and AV.
That matters most to two kinds of client: corporate meeting planners and PCOs who need a local partner who can execute, not just recommend a venue; and agencies or HR teams building an incentive or reward trip who don’t have a Thailand office of their own. Common questions
Do you handle events outside Bangkok and Phuket?
Yes — those are our two offices, but our DMC and production teams run programmes across Thailand, including Chiang Mai and other regional destinations.
Is AV and production handled in-house, or subcontracted?
In-house. Our production team manages sound, lighting, staging and live-streaming directly, rather than brokering it through a third-party supplier.
Do you work directly with corporates, or only through agencies and PCOs?
Both. We run programmes for in-house corporate planners and HR teams, and act as the local delivery partner for international agencies and PCOs.
What’s the difference between your DMC service and full event management?
DMC covers venue access, ground logistics and supplier negotiation on their own. Full event management adds conference or incentive programme design, on-site staffing and production on top of that foundation.
