Fast-Fold Screens from 100″ to 250″
Fast-fold screens are the professional standard for event projection — an aluminium frame that assembles in minutes, with a tensioned projection surface that stays perfectly flat. No wrinkles, no hotspots, no wobble — a cinema-grade image anywhere.
Every screen comes in both front and rear projection surfaces. Front projection suits most ballrooms; rear projection hides the projector behind the screen — ideal for weddings and gala stages where a clean look matters, and for tight rooms with no throw distance.
We supply screens with full dress kits (black drape borders and legs), wind-rated rigging for outdoor events, and our technicians align projector and screen on-site before your soundcheck.
Screen Size Guide
- 100″ – 120″ — boardrooms & breakouts, up to 80 guests
- 150″ — small ballrooms & seminars, 80–150 guests
- 180″ – 200″ — conference ballrooms, 150–300 guests
- 250″ — main stages & outdoor cinema, 300–1,000+ guests
How Bright Should Your Projector Be?
Ambient light decides everything. Tell us your venue and whether you can dim the lights — we’ll match the lumen output to the room.
| Brightness | Best For | Typical Screen |
|---|---|---|
| 5,000 – 7,000 lumens | Boardrooms, breakout rooms, dimmable meeting spaces | 100″ – 120″ |
| 8,000 – 12,000 lumens | Hotel ballrooms at partial house light, seminars, weddings | 150″ – 200″ |
| 12,000 – 20,000 lumens | Large conferences, exhibition stages, bright ballrooms | 200″ – 250″ |
| 20,000+ lumens | Outdoor cinema, concerts, projection mapping, full house light | 250″+ & blended walls |

Projector Rental — FAQs
Is a technician included with the rental?
Yes. Every projector rental includes delivery, screen assembly, projector alignment and focus, a full playback test before doors open, and strike afterwards. A technician can stay on-site to run your show — recommended for multi-speaker conferences and live switch events.
Front or rear projection — which should I choose?
Front projection is the standard for ballrooms and meeting rooms where the projector can sit at the back of the audience. Rear projection hides everything behind the screen — no shadows when speakers walk on stage, no visible equipment, and it works in rooms too short for front throw. We supply both surfaces with every fast-fold screen.
Can I project PowerPoint, videos, and live camera feeds?
Yes. Connect your laptop over HDMI, hand us your content on USB, or let our technicians run playback and switching for you — including live camera IMAG and multi-source conference switching. Send your content specs in advance and we’ll test everything before doors open.
Can projectors be used outdoors in Thailand?
Yes — after dark. We run poolside movie nights and outdoor cinema with high-lumen Barco projectors, weather-protected housings, and wind-rated 200″–250″ screens. For daylight outdoor events, projection won’t compete with the sun — we’ll recommend an outdoor LED screen instead.
How far in advance should I book?
For a single projector and screen in Bangkok, a few days’ notice is often enough. For high-lumen rigs, multi-projector blends, or peak season (November–February), book 2–3 weeks ahead — 20,000-lumen units and large fast-fold screens are the first to sell out.
