Pricing depends on screen size, quantity, mounting, and rental duration. A single 55″ screen for a one-day meeting is a simple, low-cost rental — while a multi-screen exhibition or conference package is quoted as a bundle with stands, cabling, playback, and technician hours included.

Is delivery and setup included?
Yes. Every rental includes delivery, professional installation on a stand or mount, all cabling, and collection after your event. A technician can stay on-site for your show if you want hands-on support.
Can the screens play our own videos and presentations?
Yes. Screens accept HDMI from your laptop, play looping video directly from USB, or can be fed from our video control desk for managed, multi-source content. Send us your content specs and we’ll test everything before doors open.
Should I choose a floor stand or a wall mount?
Floor stands are the most flexible — no drilling, repositionable, and ideal for booths, foyers, and stages. Wall or truss mounting saves floor space and looks cleaner for fixed positions. We’ll recommend the right option for your venue.
Can TVs be used outdoors at events in Thailand?
Standard TVs are indoor-rated, but we regularly install them in covered outdoor areas — terraces, marquees, and poolside venues — with weather protection planned in. For fully exposed outdoor positions, we’ll recommend an outdoor LED screen instead.
How far in advance should I book?
For one or two screens in Bangkok, a few days’ notice is often enough. For exhibition runs, large quantities, or peak season (November–February), book 2–3 weeks ahead — 75″ and 98″ stock is the first to sell out.
