What size LED wall do I need for my event?
As a rule of thumb, screen height should be roughly 1/6 to 1/10 of the distance to your furthest viewer. A 300-pax ballroom typically takes a 6×3.5m wall; a keynote stage for 1,000+ usually runs 8×4.5m or wider. Tell us your venue and audience count and we’ll spec it for you.
Can LED screens be used outdoors in Thailand’s weather?
Yes — our outdoor-rated panels are weather-sealed and high-brightness (5,000+ nits), so they stay readable in direct sunlight and survive tropical rain. We also plan wind-rated rigging and covered control positions for beachfront and open-air events.
Is a technician included with the rental?
Always. Every LED wall rental includes delivery, installation, a video processor operator for your show, and strike afterwards. We also carry spare panels, sending cards, and cables on-site as standard.
Can you play our own videos, presentations, and live camera feeds?
Yes. We handle PowerPoint and Keynote playback, video files, live camera IMAG, and social media walls through our video processing chain. Send your content specs in advance and we’ll test everything before doors open.
How far in advance should I book?
For Bangkok ballroom events, 1–2 weeks is usually enough. For large-format walls, outdoor builds, or peak season (November–February), book 3–4 weeks ahead — LED inventory is the first thing to sell out in high season.
