Is a lighting technician included with the rental?
Yes. Every lighting hire includes delivery, rigging, focus, and a lighting technician for your event — programming scenes in advance and operating them live through your run-of-show, then striking everything the same night.
Can you match lighting to our brand colours or wedding theme?
Yes — that’s the point of LED lighting. Send us your brand hex codes, mood board, or wedding palette and we’ll programme exact colours. Wireless uplights can also be re-coloured live during the event — warm amber for dinner, brand colours for the reveal, party colours after.
Can lighting be set up outdoors — beaches, gardens, poolside?
Yes. We use weather-rated fixtures, wind-rated truss and ballasted stands, and supply generator power and distro where the venue can’t. Beach weddings and garden dinners across Phuket and the Andaman coast are among our most frequent lighting bookings.
How much lighting does my event actually need?
As a guide: a gala dinner transformation typically needs 20–40 uplights plus stage key light; a conference stage needs 8–16 moving heads or washes plus followspot; a beach wedding canopy runs 100–300 metres of fairy lights. Send us your venue and floor plan and we’ll draw up a plot with an itemised quote.
How far in advance should I book?
For uplighting or fairy light packages, 1–2 weeks is usually enough. For full stage rigs, programmed shows, or peak season (November–February), book 3–4 weeks ahead — lighting technicians and moving-head stock are the first to sell out in high season.
